This meditation I invite you to explore how we meet life in each moment —
The mind reacts to sensations of pleasant or unpleasant by either a desire for more pleasant or aversion to what is unpleasant. What it likes the mind desires more of and what it dislikes it has an aversion too.
By noticing these tendencies of grasping, rejecting or drifting away, we start to see the patterns of our own mind. We discover when we are aware and present, we develop the attitude of simply being and accepting what is.
Gentle curiosity and Presence with every breath becomes a new way to meet life — just as it unfolds.
