Awareness of breath, Breath exercises, vocalizing vowels
Mindfulness of thoughts; how thoughts invoke emotions, working with difficult thoughts
Mindfulness of feelings; pleasant, unpleasant, neutral
Mindfulness of sensations; body scan, attention and visualization
Mindfulness of perceptions: seeing and hearing without mind interpretation
Metta Meditation loving kindness and forgiveness meditation
Mindfulness of the four elements in the body:
Earth; the sensation of touch and wight,
Fire; the sensation of heat and cold,
Air; the sensation of movement,
Water; sensation of soft or hard, flow
