Women’s Virtual Mindfulness Meditation Circle

Mindfulness practices and meditation for International Women’s Circle. everyone invited beginners and experienced.

Fridays 8:00am EDT till 9:30am started May 13 2022 and continue weekly

  1. Develop the internal witness, the one who observes

  2. Sharpen focus

  3. Open to awareness

Through:

  1. Awareness of breath, Breath exercises, vocalizing vowels

  2. Mindfulness of thoughts; how thoughts invoke emotions, working with difficult thoughts

  3. Mindfulness of feelings; pleasant, unpleasant, neutral

  4. Mindfulness of sensations; body scan, attention and visualization

  5. Mindfulness of perceptions: seeing and hearing without mind interpretation

  6. Metta Meditation loving kindness and forgiveness meditation

  7. Mindfulness of the four elements in the body:

  • Earth; the sensation of touch and wight,

  • Fire; the sensation of heat and cold,

  • Air; the sensation of movement,

  • Water; sensation of soft or hard, flow
