Embodied Mindfulness Meditation

Module 12: Episode 5 - The Holy Trinity

Dina Asher Kusnir

When everything feels as if it is crumbling, what can we lean on? What can hold us?

In this meditation you are invited to embody three aspects of life that can become your refuge in uncertain time: the earth—our ground, always there; the breath—our constant exchange with all life; and the field of love we create for ourselves.

Mother, daughter, and Great Spirit. The Holy Trinity of love.

We are the blade of grass. We are the ladybug. We just forgot.

This field of love—it is us.

Earth my body. Water my blood. Air my breath. And fire is my spirit.

Welcome to the Holy Trinity of love.

This meditation includes 7-Minute Breath Practice for cleansing: Breath retention activates cleansing processes in the body. Ancient yogic traditions knew this long before modern science began studying it. With consistency—seven minutes a day—the body begins to shift from constant growth toward repair and renewal.
