In this meditation, you are invited to begin with gentle movement to bring awareness back into the body and reconnect with the ground beneath our feet.
Before sitting, before closing the eyes, before entering the inner sanctuary of meditation, we returned to the simplest doorway: the feet.
The ground underneath us.
The body above it.
The breath moving through.
From there, we enter a body scan of liquid light, allowing the whole body — head, heart, hands, belly, legs, and feet — to become filled with healing presence.
This practice invites us to remember that we are beings of light, rooted in the Earth and connected to all beings. As we breathe and soften, we send compassionate light to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world.
