Module 13: Episode 2 - The Skeleton Meditation
Dina Asher Kusnir
This meditation is an invitation to travel inward — past muscle, past breath — all the way down to bone. It starts by waking up the body and mind through inquiry and awareness in movement.
The sitting meditation invites you to move through the body in imagination, from the dome of the skull to the soles of the feet, you begin to sense the ancient architecture that has always been holding you. And there, in the stillness, something unexpected opens. The bones are not the dead part of us. They are the most enduring — producing the blood that carries life, cradling our most precious organs, outlasting everything else we are. To meet your skeleton is to meet your deepest foundation. The part of you that was here long before thought, and will remain long after.
