Key Focus: Awareness of the pause between breaths.
Practice: Begin by becoming mindful of your surroundings. Gradually focus on the breath at the tip of your nose and notice the gap or pause between each in-breath and out-breath. Allow yourself to sense this gap as a portal to the Source of Life.
