Module 11: Episode 2 - Touch Consciousness and One-Pointed Meditation

with Dina Asher Kusnir

This practice introduces touch-consciousness meditation focused at the tip of the nose—a traditional Buddhist one-pointedness training offered with the Divine Feminine approach of warm, loving attention.

Start with obvious touch: body on seat, feet on floor, hands on your lap and progress to subtler touches: lips touching, eyelids on eyes, hair on skin.

Recognize: touch and awareness of touch are one—touch-consciousness

We develop curiosity as we stay at this one point—"one-pointedness"

The Buddha's Requirement: "Always loving attention. Never reprimanding or harsh. Never judging yourself."

The Deep Healing: Not just training mind to focus, but training heart to care. To open to its own gentleness and softness, yet remain very directed, not diffused.

The Paradox: Very focused AND very soft simultaneously. This combination is where transformation happens.
